The views from Makkah Towers were absolutely stunning, providing a breathtaking sight of the Holy Haram and Kaaba. The city view from my room was mesmerizing, and being able to see such a significant landmark from my window was truly a memorable experience.

The poorly designed rooms made noise from neighboring guests quite disruptive, and the limited number of lifts caused some inconvenience during peak times.

Conveniently close to haram, fantastic breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, and efficient room service make Makkah Towers a top choice for pilgrims.

Despite minor hiccups, the fragrance and cleanliness were impeccable. Staff like Hany, Mahammed, and Sazzad were outstanding. Convenient location for prayers. However, reception and housekeeping need improvement. Breakfast and service were exceptional, but some amenities fell short.

A minibar, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, perfect and stunning location. Plenty of food at the delicious and tasty breakfast.

Fairly clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating and amiable team members with the new management and staff. Delicious and tasty breakfast and fab food selection. Central location close to shops. Besides, easy access to Souk al Khalil.

The location was in a perfect spot for our trip. The room was well-equipped, and the bed was really nice, will be back.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and soothing, with beautiful traditional touches that made me feel connected to the culture. The general areas were spacious and wheelchair accessible, which made it easy for senior people like myself to move around comfortably. The hotel's proximity to the Holy Haram was truly convenient, allowing me to attend prayers and perform Umrah with ease.

The only thing I would ask for to better accommodate senior people is to have more handrails and assistance for the children of the staff to help navigate the hotel's facilities.

This hotel was well priced and truly exceptional in every respect, had wonderfully friendly staff at reception desk. The rooms where bright and reasonably large, with a bidet.

Pleasant place, it was fairly clean and had very excellent staff at reception desk. The breakfast was free and delicious with many varieties, the food was OUTSTANDING. The hotel was placed in the central location so near from the Holly mosque.

The location was particularly good and perfect in a shopping area, very close to the eateries along the way to the Haram on Hamza Street. The staff was amiable. The room was wonderful with good beds.

The venue was set in the central position short walk to the great Mosque, masjid haram and staff was very polite and always smily face and always ready to help and the Makkah tower. The breakfast was delicious, the best I had in Mecca.

Gorgeous hotel in an incredible location very near to Holly mosque, the services were excellent. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was great. We liked to spend 3 days in our tidy guest room with all the comforts one can look for and 2 bathrooms and 4 single beds.

The room at Makkah Towers made me feel at home with its cozy twin-sized beds and separate sitting area. The city views from the stylish room added an extra touch of tranquility, and the small kitchen and mini refrigerator were a great convenience for me.

I found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking, but others might appreciate it.
